Microneedling is a cosmetic facial treatment that involves the puncturing of the skin with tiny, sterile needles to trigger the skin’s healing process and the production of collagen. In addition to triggering the skin’s natural healing process, different topical components can be added afterward that address a variety of issues. We can then use PRP our platelet-rich plasma from the patients own blood to stimulate growth and collagen production. Additionally,  we can use Vitamin C serum or Stem Cells depending on the condition of the skin we are treating. Typically this treatment is done with Vitamin C or PRP. Micro-Needling can increase the process and the in which your body heals a scar, making it lighter, smoother and less noticeable. This includes scars from acne, post-traumatic scars, and surgical scars. Dull, tired skin can be brightened by renewing the skin cells, increasing collagen production and allowing skincare products to absorb into the skin and be more effective.
